All orders are shipped from our fulfilment center in Noida, India. through trusted courier partners. We try to deliver your perfumes quickly, safely, and without hassle.
1. Delivery Timelines
India (All States):
3 to 8 business days
Delays may occur during festivals, sales, or unexpected courier issues — but we always try our best to deliver on time.
2. Delivery Hours
Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
If you are not available to receive your order, the courier may hand it over to:

a neighbour

a security guard
- or someone present at your address
3. Responsibility After Delivery
Once the order is delivered and marked “Delivered” by the courier:

We are not responsible if the parcel is accepted by someone else at your address
If your parcel looks tampered at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and inform us immediately.

5. Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Product
If you receive:
