Refund policy

We want your shopping experience at The Bold Rose to feel simple, safe and worry-free.
Since perfumes fall under personal-use products, opened or used bottles cannot be returned.
Please read the policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Return Policy

We do not accept returns for opened or used products.

However, in the rare case where your order arrives:

  1. damaged
  2. broken
  3. leaking
  4. missing items
  5. or you receive a wrong product

we can offer a refund or replacement after verification.

To raise a request:

  1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos + full unboxing video of the unopened parcel and the issue

If the outer package looks tampered, please refuse delivery on the spot and inform us immediately.

2. Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund:

  1. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  2. An unboxing video is mandatory
  3. Only damaged, leaking, broken, missing or wrong items are eligible

Important points:

  1. Refunds do not include delivery charges (courier partners do not refund shipping)
  2. Refund will be processed back to your original payment method
  3. Refund processing time: 4–7 business days
  4. Amount may take up to 15 days to reflect depending on bank timelines
  5. We will share transaction details and screenshots once the refund is initiated

If your order is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Notify us within 3 days
  2. After 3 days, refunds cannot be issued

3. Cancellation Policy

“We currently do not accept order cancellations once the order enters processing or is placed by mistake.”

Q1. How long does a refund take?

Prepaid orders: up to 15 days to reflect after approval.
We send full proof with screenshots and transaction ID once processed.

Q2. Are opened or used products covered under this policy?

No. Only damaged, leaking, broken or missing items qualify for refund/replacement.

Q3. I ordered by mistake. Can I cancel my order?

We currently do not accept cancellation requests for orders placed by mistake.
Once an order is created in our system, it immediately enters processing, so cancellation isn’t possible.
