Billing Terms & Conditions

The Bold Rose requires payment in full + tax at the time of purchase via all accepted payment methods or 4 payment installments via Klarna at no extra cost. Customers are eligible to receive a full / partial refund (or exchange) within 30 days after receiving the item. We will send your unique piece as soon as it's made, however we do request up to 10 days to ship from the day the order is processed. Approved wholesale accounts are required to submit 50% of the transaction fee at the time an order is placed and will be automatically charged the remaining balance upon shipment. If the full order is not fulfilled by The Bold Rose within 45 days of processing (unless otherwise agreed to terms), purchaser is entitled to a full refund and the order can be cancelled upon written request.
